Our senior project manager visits your property to understand your vision, assess the current condition, take detailed measurements, and discuss material options, design possibilities, and your budget constraints. This is a collaborative conversation — we listen first, advise second. We'll show you material samples, discuss layout options, and help you understand what's achievable within your timeline and budget. There's never any pressure to commit; our goal is to ensure you feel informed and confident before moving forward.

Quotation

Within 48 hours of your consultation, you'll receive a comprehensive, itemized quotation that breaks down every material, every labor component, and every timeline milestone. We include specifications for all materials — brand, grade, color, and quantity — so you know exactly what's going into your project. Our pricing is all-inclusive: no hidden fees, no mid-project surprises, no vague "contingency" line items. We walk you through each section of the quotation in person or via video call, answering every question until you're completely comfortable with the scope and cost. Revisions are always welcome.

Execution

Once you approve the quotation, a dedicated project manager is assigned to your renovation. They coordinate every trade on-site — flooring specialists, tilers, carpenters, electricians, plumbers, and painters — ensuring each team operates efficiently without stepping on each other's work. You'll receive daily progress photos via WhatsApp, weekly written status reports, and have a direct line to your project manager for any questions or concerns. At each major milestone, we conduct a formal quality inspection before proceeding to the next phase, catching any imperfections early when they're easy to address.

Handover

The final phase is the most important. Your project manager conducts a meticulous walkthrough of every room, every surface, and every fixture with you — inspecting alignment, finish quality, functionality, and cleanliness together. Any items on the punch list are addressed within 48 hours. Once you're fully satisfied, you receive a comprehensive handover package including material warranties, maintenance guides, and our workmanship warranty documentation. Our relationship doesn't end at handover — we're always a phone call away if you need anything in the future.
